Nifty Niger Directions

Congratulations on your purchase of a Cole’s Better Wild Bird Feeder™. Each classic feeder is made in the U.S.A. with state-of-the-art materials. Absolutely no cheap plastics or metals are ever used.

With humble beginnings in the Cole family garage, Cole’s is a true “mom and pop” success story. Nationally renowned for high standards and superior products, we promise our obsession with quality will make a difference in your backyard bird feeding.

If you put out feeders to attract and help wild birds, then it makes sense to use the feeders that do it better than all the rest (or “to use a feeder that does it better…”).

Perch Assembly for Nifty Niger: Insert the two shorter perches into the holes on the Quick Clean base. Hand-tighten with the nuts provided. Carefully push the remaining long perches through the hex shaped holes on the tube until they extend evenly out from both sides of the feeder. Then push the enclosed soft plastic perch covers over the ends of the perches so that they fit tightly against the feeder. These natural grip covers mimic the feel of real branches and encourage longer feeding times.

Seed Options: The small holes on this feeder are ideal for straight Niger Seed (also known as NyjerTM) or Niger mixed with finely chopped sunflower hearts.

How to Quick Clean™: Simply push the two buttons on the feeder base simultaneously and the bottom of the feeder pops off for super quick access to the inside. Clean, dry, pop the bottom back on and you’re done. Now that’s bird feeding made easy!

Accessories: You can further enhance your feeding success with a Cole’s baffle dome and seed tray. The tray provides extra perching space for larger birds and while the baffle dome protects the seed from critters and inclement weather alike.

Lifetime Warranty: (This section can be smaller text if needed) The Cole’s lifetime guarantee covers the function of the feeder against defect or damage. If at any time this product breaks or will no longer function, we will repair or replace the feeder (at our option) with no cost to you. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering, neglect, abuse, or misuse of the feeder.
